As if you weren't already prepared...NASA Mid-Atlantic is once again hosting Hyperfest at Summit Point! The 8th annual running of this crazy event is this coming Saturday, June 20, 2009. Here's the latest update from NASA:

June 20, 21: Hope to see you at the 8th annual Hyperfest at Summit Point Raceway! HPDE 1, 2, 2 groups are full with a wait list, but we still have spaces for weekend race groups. A couple of instructor slots are still available. Register today to guarantee your spot or e-mail registration@nasaracing.net if your group is full! In other news, Summit Point has officially opened the all new Washington Circuit kart track, complete with a fleet of 22 Sodi RX7 karts with 13hp engines for arrive and drive excitement. V.I.O. POV Camera System

We've been searching for the perfect racer camera system for quite some time - and I think we've finally found it in the V.I.O. POV.1!! This simple, yet robust, system was originally developed for motorcycles, cyclists, skiers and other "extreme" sports. So it must be tough enough for motorsports enthusiasts!
