Shock Doctor Eject Helmet Removal System

This is a neat little safety device we just got in. The idea behind the Shock Doctor Eject system is simple - if a driver or passenger needs to be extracted from a vehicle after an accident, there is most likely going to be the risk of a spinal injury (you know the rule - don't move the injured unless you have to!) For the EMT or first-responder, removing the helmet is a high priority; but how do you do this without risking further spinal trauma?

Originally marketed as the Hats Off Device, Shock Doctor Eject device was invented by a motorcycle racer that had his helmet violently removed after an accident. The device is simple - insert an inflatable bag between the helmet and the crash victim's head; inflate the bag and the helmet gently slides right off!

In our opinion, this is a device that EMT/track officials at ALL motorsport tracks and speedways need to be trained about and have in their tool kits. The Eject Device is so small and unobtrusive that it can easily be permanently pre-installed in any automotive or motorcycle helmet!
